Episode 16: The Ultimate Life Form Part 1

Synopsis: Now back in command, Robotnik learns that his grandfather's secret project from decades past is being kept by the military group known as G.U.N on Prison Island. Once he breaks through, Robotnik discovers the top secret project is none other than a black hedgehog named Shadow. Grateful for his help, Shadow grants a special favor to Robotnik, which turns out be none other than have the black hedgehog wreck havoc in the Freedom Fighter camps.  Using this to his advantage, Robotnik cleverly disguises this new hedgehog to look just like Sonic, causing the Freedom Fighter to turn on him and demand he be punished for treason while he collects the remaining Chaos Emeralds unhindered.

Can Sonic get to the bottom of this before Shadow and Robotnik obtain all 7 Chaos Emeralds to use to fire the Eclipse Cannon?

Episode 17: The Ultimate Life Form Part 2

Synopsis: Now having all seven Chaos Emeralds in his possession, Julian attempts to fire the Eclipse Cannon. However, it is soon overtaken and now computer controlled by the late Gerald Robotnik, who soon threatens to destroy the entire planet in revenge for losing his granddaughter Maria. With the Space Colony Ark on a violent collision course with Mobius, The Freedom Fighters and Robotnik are forced to join sides in order to save each other's hides.

Will they be able save their home in time, let alone put their deep hatred aside for each other?

Episode 18: The legendary Chaos Mobians Part 1

Synopsis: After narrowly escaping with their lives against the Biolizard, Shadow joins the Freedom Fighters, but at a heavy cost, as he was heavily injured after the climax of the battle by Robotnik. Before heading home, Sally uncovers a dark secret from Gerald Robotnik's computer, revealing Shadow was a prototype for a new breed of incredibly strong Mobians created by Julian's grandfather and an unknown named Black Doom called Chaos Mobians.

According to the data Sally uncovered, these Chaos Mobians have the ability to use chaos abilities without a Chaos Emerald, even having a staggering higher amount of chaos energy within them, making them able to create massive havoc at will. It is soon though discovered this race of legendary Mobians is nearly extinct due to them abusing their powers to the point of dying off.

However, the data also reveals there are possibly few surviving members of this race around the planet. Their locations unfortunately are unknown. Learning this new information, Sonic and the other decide to find out if there are indeed any Chaos Mobians left and possibly have them join forces to finally overthrow Robotnik.

Will they find any of these powerful beings, or have they sadly all died off?

Episode 19: The legendary Chaos Mobians Part 2

Synopsis: The search around the planet for this rare breed of Mobians unfortunately turns out to be a fruitless one, as their search reveals very little. However they soon receive a message via Nicole from an unknown echidna in a shelter in the West revealing she knows where one Chaos Mobian is, none other than her adopted daughter.

Is this information legit, or is this possibly a dead end or even a trap by the cunning Robotnik?

 Episode 20: Robotnik's New Super Soldiers Part 1

Synopsis: After arriving at the shelter, Sonic and his comrades finally meet with the echidna named Silvia to see this Chaos Mobian for themselves, revealed to be a yellow hedgehog girl with blonde hair. However, the Freedom Fighters soon discover she is not what they assumed, as she is very timid and shy, even wanting nothing to do with fighting. Feeling they were led on a wild goose chase, they head for home, only to be interrupted by none other Robotnik, arriving with a new fleet of soldiers to invade the shelter, called RX-500's. Ironically enough, he too is looking for this rare breed of Mobian to use for his own gain.

Can the Freedom Fighters again stop Julian's evil plans once more, or will his new machines prove to be too much for them?

Episode 21: Robotnik's New Super Soldiers Part 2

Synopsis: Julian appears to have finally one up on the Freedom Fighters, as they are clearly no match for the new RX-500's, using a highly advanced copied A.I CPU from Nicole as their main engine.  However, when all hope appears to be lost, Sonic and the others receive from reinforcements from the least likely of groups… G.U.N. With them now backing up the Freedom Fighters, they again attempt to take down Robotnik's next invasion and save the citizens from a ghastly fate.

Will G.U.N's backing them be enough to take down Julian's new army?

Episode 22: Robotnik's New Super Soldiers Part 3

Synopsis: Things continue to get worse for Sonic and his friends, as G.U.N's backing is not even enough to overcome Robotnik's dastardly new machines. With the situation reaching its bleakest, help finally comes, but from a source they never expected: The yellow female hedgehog Chaos Mobian named Riley.

After Robotnik's machines brutally kills her one of her beloved family members during the battle, Riley finally snaps, unleashing her hidden Chaos abilities in pure rage. With this Chaos Mobian now ready to fight, will she be the one to turn the tide against Julian and his vile machines and even possibly put an end to his reign of terror?

Episode 23: A magical nightmare Part 1

Synopsis: After suffering a humiliating defeat at the hands of the Chaos Mobian, Robotnik barely makes it back to his lair in one piece. However, that would be the least of his problems. It is soon discovered Naugus has escaped the Void. The vile wizard quickly punishes Robotnik for his past treachery, even forcing Snively to flee the city. He then heads to the Great Forest and tells Sonic and Sally the news. At first, they don't believe him, that is until Snively mentions someone close to the Princess heart that Naugus plans to use against them… her father. Realizing this new threat must be dealt with immediately; Sally quickly gathers team together and comes up with a plan to take out this evil sorcerer by any means necessary.

With Naugus magic now being twice as strong as before and the Chaos Mobian Riley currently out of commission due to exhausting her chaos abilities when fighting Robotnik, can the Freedom Fighters come up with a plan to finally put this evil wizard away for good?

Episode 24: A magical nightmare Part 2

Synopsis: After discovering Naugus weakness, none other than crystal material from the Void, they quickly take action to make a fake Chaos Emerald from it to trick Naugus in order to kill him off for good. However, that proves easier said than done, as Naugus is more cunning than ever.

Can the Freedom Fighter find a way to outsmart this vile wizard or will Naugus finally get his way and rule Mobius with an iron fist?

Also, Tails finally learns the truth about Fiona's fate after hacking Robotnik's database.

Episode 25: Chaos among us Part 1

Synopsis: With the threat of Naugus now out of the way for good, Robotnik soon discovers a monster called Chaos that can gain massive strength by absorbing Chaos Emeralds. Julian then sets out to retrieve all seven Emeralds again to turn him into Perfect Chaos and unleash him on the Freedom Fighters. That plan though sours over time, as Robotnik is one short after a long and thorough search around Mobius. To makes matters even more complicated, he eventually finds out the remaining one is within a bird, a bird currently being taken care of by a certain pink hedgehog.

Will Robotnik be able to get the last Emerald without creating an unnecessary ruckus?

Episode 26: Chaos among us Part 2

Synopsis: After learning of Amy's predicament, Sonic and the others head out on the X-Tornado to rescue her. However, they soon come under heavy fire, as the Egg Carrier's defensive weapons system attacks them viciously. Eventually, they make it past and rescue Amy, only to discover Robotnik finally has the last Chaos Emerald, where he then attempts to unleash him on the Freedom Fighters.But to Robotnik's great horror, Chaos instead abruptly turns on him soon after transforming into Perfect Chaos and attacks Robotropolis. With no other way to defeat it, Sonic has to use the seven Emeralds himself and turn super to battle this monstrosity.

Can he stop Perfect Chaos before he goes on a rampage to destroy all of Mobius?

Episode 27: Double Trouble Part 1

Synopsis: The Dark Legion is back, now teaming up with a criminal Mobians known as the Destructix to try again to steal the Master Emerald from Angel Island. As before, they are driven away by both Freedom Fighter groups. But out of nowhere, they receive an anonymous tip about the secret entrance to Knothole. Now knowing their location, The Dark Legion and Destructix invade unexpectedly and catch the Freedom Fighters completely off guard. 

With Shadow now back to full health and ready to fight, can he along with Sonic and the others fend them off? And what will they do now that they know the location of Knothole? Also, is there a dark secret about the Destructix leader named Scourge?

Episode 28: Double Trouble Part 2

Synopsis: Things take a turn for the worse as it eventually revealed there is another Chaos Mobian. However, unlike Riley who is a half breed, Scourge is a full blooded one, making his chaos power even stronger than hers. Taking advantage of a device built by Dr. Finetivus to significantly reduce the one major flaw in the Chaos Mobian's design, he quickly wrecks havoc on the Freedom Fighters, determined to kill them one by one.

Can they find a way to stop this monster, or will Scourge finally do what Robotnik has dreamed of doing for years?
 

Episode 29: Robotnik's Wrath Part 1

Synopsis: Barely fighting off Scourge's attempts to destroy them, Sonic and his friends don't get much time to recover and rebuild, as Robotnik is on the prowl again. Enraged by his previous defeats, Robotnik takes his new found rage out on his enemies after the rebuilding process. His first target is Central City, the place where G.U.N's main headquarters reside to destroy it permanently. To make matters worse, Robotnik even upgrades his RX-500s to a new 700 series model, making their metal shells twice as durable as before, even vastly improving their A.I intelligence and arm cannons. Robotnik also builds a new fleet of robotic soldiers called RA-400's, an aerial model using the same A.I as the RX-700's that can cause major havoc from the skies.

With this new army at his disposal, Robotnik quickly cripples Central City and its defenses. Even the Freedom Fighter's mettle and wit are put to the ultimate test when they come to the city's rescue. However, their ultimate test will be one of saving their own home after Robotnik craftily shoots a megaton missile during the battle, headed directly for the Great Forest during the conflict.

Can the Freedom Fighters stop the missile attack and save Central City at the exact same time?

Episode 30: Robotnik's Wrath Part 2

Synopsis: While the missile attack was obliterated thanks to the X-Tornado, City Central unfortunately is burned to the ground by Robotnik's army. Even G.U.N's forces suffered massive casualties from the battle. If that's not bad enough, Robotnik captured more than half of the citizens, including The President, Sara, Chris, and Chuck Thorndyke, who are now in Robotropolis to await roboticization. Vowing to make him pay, Sonic and his team head there at once for a showdown to take out this evil madman once and for all.

Robotnik though is again one step head of them. This time, he plans to send a barrage of missiles headed straight for all the Freedom Fighters home bases simultaneously. With only an hour left before ignition, Sonic and his comrades will face their toughest challenge yet.

Can they save the day in time without another innocent life being lost in the process?

Episode 31: Robotnik's Wrath Part 3

Synopsis: Sonic and his siblings are devastated after their parents and uncle sacrificed their lives to stop the missile attack. Sadly, they won't be able to grieve for long, as they soon receive word from Nicole that Robotnik is now attacking the Freedom Fighters network. To their horror, Robotnik has divided his units into three teams, attacking the Wolf Pack, Ari's team and Lower Mobius simultaneously.

Will Sally come up a plan to save them all at once? And can Sonic and his siblings put their emotions aside and take care of business?

Episode 32: Robotnik's Wrath Part 4

Synopsis: Things continue to get worse for the Freedom Fighters, as Robotnik's army has completely wiped out Lower Mobius, not to mention severely cripple the Wolf Pack and Ari's unit. So much in fact that only five members combined from each team are now the only ones left alive. But the battle's just beginning. Without warning, Robotnik attacks again, now turning his focus on the Downunda Freedom Fighters, as well as Freedom Fighters in the Arctic.

Will Robotnik's reckless slaughtering continue, or will Sonic and his team finally end this madness once and for all?

Episode 33: Robotnik's Wrath Part 5

Synopsis: With only two Freedom Fighter teams left intact and many comrades slain in the process, Sonic and Sally's emotions soon begin to get the best of them. However, they'll again have to put them aside, as Robotnik is now going after the Chaotix. Enraged at Robotnik's senseless butchering, Sonic vows to make him pay this time.

Can they save Angel Island from suffering the same fate as the others, or will the Knothole Freedom Fighters be the last remaining stronghold against Robotnik's tyranny?

Episode 34: Invaders from the Sky Part 1

Synopsis: With Robotnik's assault finally curtailed, he retreats back to his city to plan his next move. The mad doctor though doesn't get the chance to do so. Without warning, a group of space aliens known as the Black Xorda have arrived on Mobius, as they finally meet the one called Black Doom who only have one purpose in mind: to destroy the entire planet's population in revenge for what G.U.N did to them 50 years ago. Once again, Sonic and Robotnik will have to put their hatred aside and work together, or risk total annihilation.

Is a joint effort even possible after all that's happened?

Episode 35: Invaders from the Sky Part 2

Synopsis: Having no choice, the Knothole Freedom Fighters, along the Chaotix and Robotnik's army team up to defeat the Xorda threat. However, the Black Xorda refuse to surrender, as they bring out their secret weapon, which is none other than the Quantum Dial after their ships are heavily damaged from the combined attacks. With the Dial soon ready to activate and destroy the entire planet, Sonic has no choice but to use the Chaos Emeralds and destroy it high in the air in his super form, in spite of their dangers of prolonged use.

Can the blue blur stop this new threat without risking his health further, even to the point of losing his life?

Episode 36: For a hedgehog's heart.

Synopsis: Mobius is saved from the Xorda threat, but at the cost of Sonic being heavily injured in the process. During his time of recovery however, Mina falls completely in love with the blue hedgehog after watching his heroic efforts. Even though he and Sally are in serious relationship, Mina pushes her boundaries to hopefully win Sonic over. Her tactics soon though cross the line, as Sally catches her kissing him. Angry at this, Sally considers breaking up with him, that is until Bunnie gives her some sound advice. However, before she can have a heart to heart talk with Sonic about this, Mina makes her intentions crystal clear about her love for the blue hedgehog during a walk together in Knothole. Sally unfortunately stumbles across this, which makes her very heartbroken.

Will Sonic return Mina's love, or will he choose to stay with Sally?

Episode 37: A Showdown in Robotropolis

Synopsis: Sally discovers from Nicole that Robotnik is building a new missile system, one capable of wiping every single Mobian from the face of the planet thanks to a new A.I program of Julian's, called A.D.A.M. With G.U.N's forces now back to full strength, they along with the Knothole Freedom Fighters and Chaotix prepare to invade Robotropolis and destroy the missile device, A.D.A.M, as well as hopefully end Robotnik's reign of terror.

But as Julian has shown in the past, he won't go down without a fight.

Episode 38: A Scourgeful revenge

Synopsis: While Robotnik's missile attack was thwarted completely, Julian's reign of terror goes on after the Freedom Fighters and G.U.N failed to defeat him. Soon after this, the Freedom Fighters are paid another visit by Scourge and his Destructix who somehow managed to get past the recently installed force field. 

Wanting to repay the Freedom Fighters for his bitter defeat, Scourge invades in the middle of the night with his team to finally even the score. Can Sonic and his comrades again drive back this vile group of Mobian criminals?

Also, could there possibly be a traitor among the Knothole Freedom Fighters causing these invasions to happen?

Episode 39: Mecha Madness Part 1

Synopsis: Robotnik builds another fleet of robots, this time with designs in the shape of his two most hated enemies, Sonic and Knuckles, even using his new A.I program A.D.A.M as their main CPU engine. Their first target unfortunately, is none other than G.U.N's newly reconstructed base.

Designed as his most powerful war machines yet, will they succeed in their mission, or will G.U.N be able to fend them off?

Episode 40: Mecha Madness Part 2

Synopsis: Sonic and his comrades sadly receives word of G.U.N's demise, from their only surviving members, Rouge the bat and Topaz. Without warning, Robotnik sends his two Mechas to invade Angel Island and steal the Master Emerald, as well as kill the remaining Chaotix members. Soon, it becomes a race against the clock, as its all the Chaotix can do to keep these Mecha monsters at bay.

Can the Knothole Freedom Fighters get there in time to save the day?

Episode 41: Mecha Madness Part 3

Synopsis: With Angel Island now under Robotnik's control, the Chaotix are driven out and forced to live in Knothole in order to survive. However before they can even get settled in, Robotnik's two Mechas finally turn to the Great Forest to burn it to the ground.

With Knothole as the last remaining stronghold against Robotnik's evil regime, can Sonic and his comrades defeat these metal monstrosities?

Also, has Shadow finally reached a new form to match the power of the legendary Chaos Mobians?

Episode 42: Mecha Madness Part 4

Synopsis: With Shadow now able to use a Chaos form, he makes quick work of Mecha Sonic and Mecha Knuckles after they knocked Sonic, Knuckles and even Bunnie unconcious. However, before the Freedom Fighters can begin to chant for victory, Robotnik then reveals he had built another Mecha machine, three times stronger than the other two, ironically named Mecha Shadow.

With this new machine on the loose, can Shadow defeat this monstrosity as well?

Episode 43: Mecha Madness Part 5

Synopsis: The Freedom Fighters worst fears have full circle, as Mecha Shadow proves to be a real beast of a machine. Without warning, he quickly takes down not only Shadow, but even a triple attack by the likes of Aurora, Sparkle Fox and Amy Rose.

With hardly anyone left to fight this horrid metal monster, they are down to one member who may again be the one to turn the tide of this war back in their favor... none other than the Chaos Mobian Riley.

Now trained to a new level, can she use her special abilities to send Mecha Shadow to the scrap heap?

Episode 44: The Final Showdown Part 1

Synopsis: While Mecha Shadow was destroyed, it came at a heavy price, as Riley is on death's door, basically using every bit of her chaos energy to take it down. To make matters worse, the Freedom Fighters soon receive word of Robotnik rebuilding his latest missile system to eradicate every rebel citizen on Mobius. With no time to lose, they prepare for another mission to destroy it, this time for good.

However, unknown to them, Julian is approached by the Destructix for a proposed partnership. Since they know the secret entrance to Knothole, as well as the code for shutting off the force field, thanks to their surprising anonymous source, Robotnik agrees. Julian then readies his entire army and abruptly invades to take out his enemies permanently.

Is this the end of the Knothole Freedom Fighters?

Episode 45: The Final Showdown Part 2

Synopsis: Barely surviving the siege of their home, Sonic and Sally ready the remaining Freedom Fighters to Robotropolis for a final showdown. But when they arrive, they are greeted by none other than the Destructix, who are armed with Robotnik's latest weapons. It is there the one who exposed Knothole is revealed. Moments later, the Destructix and Freedom Fighters engage in an all out battle. After the Freedom Fighters defeat them, Julian appears and literally cuts ties with the Destructix. Soon after this, Robotnik reveals his top secret weapon for world domination, called the Chaos Roboticizer. This latest roboticizer is designed to implant the energy of a Chaos Emerald into any roboticized civilian. Before any of the Freedom Fighters can stop him, Robotnik uses the new machine on himself, transforming into Mega Dark Robotnik, a fully roboticized human with super strength, speed and the ability to fly, even harnessing the full super A.I abilities of A.D.A.M as his main CPU.

To make things worse, Sonic is forced to fight him one on one. Does the blue hedgehog stand a chance against this new monstrosity, and can he finally take down Robotnik for good and restore peace to Mobius?
